Privacy Policy

Dear User,

Pursuant to the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data is carried out fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes, and with respect for your privacy and rights.

Processing is also carried out using electronic means for the following purposes:

  1. to acquire and confirm your booking for accommodation and related services, and to provide the requested services. Since this processing is necessary for the establishment of the contractual agreement and its subsequent execution, your consent is not required, except in cases where special categories of data, so-called sensitive data, are provided. If you refuse to provide your personal data, we will be unable to confirm your booking or provide the requested services. Processing will end upon your departure, although some of your personal data may need to continue to be processed for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the following sections;
  2. to comply with current administrative, accounting, and tax obligations. For these purposes, processing is carried out without the need for your consent. Data is processed by us and our authorized personnel, and is disclosed externally only in compliance with legal obligations. If you refuse to provide the data required for the above purposes, we will be unable to provide the requested services. Data collected for these purposes is retained for the period required by the relevant regulations (10 years, and longer in the case of tax audits);
  3. to speed up registration procedures in the event of future bookings through our agency. For this purpose, and with your consent (which may be revoked at any time), your data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years and will be used when you are again our guest for the purposes described in the previous points;
  4. to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and special offers. For this purpose, and with your consent, your data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years and will not be disclosed to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation grants you certain rights, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability, where and to the extent applicable (Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016). You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in accordance with the procedures provided for under current legislation.

Data Controller and Data Processor

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address—necessary in order to respond to requests—as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Browsing Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to check its proper functioning, and is deleted after processing.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files that are stored on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to, and stored on, Google’s servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of tracking and examining your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate setting on your browser, but this may prevent you from using the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Pixel

Tracking pixels are small image files embedded in the site to collect traffic-related data. This makes it possible to assess how many visitors have viewed our pages and which advertisements they have accessed. The information collected through cookies and pixels does not include your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

Cookies

No personal data of users is collected for this purpose. No cookies are used to transmit personal information, nor are any so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users, employed.

The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient navigation of the site.

The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques that could potentially compromise the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personally identifiable user data.
